Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 18+ to participate in this activity
• Seniors aged 70+ should present a medical certificate before participating

Booking Limitations

• Female participants must have a weight of 90kg or lower, and a BMI of 27.5 or less to participate in this activity
• Male participants must have a weight of 100kg or lower, and a BMI of 30 or less to participate in this activity

Additional information

• Participants are advised to remove any precious jewelry, watches, and/or other accessories before their skydive. These can be stored on-site in lockers, free of charge
• Participants will be given protective eye goggles to wear during their skydive, which allows for the usage prescription glasses or lenses
• Participants are recommended to allocate between 3 to 4 hours for the activity as weather conditions may cause delays in the flight
• Participants must not scuba dive at least 24 hours before going for sky diving

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities) / elderly / infants
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed

What to bring

• Valid ID / Passport (with 6 months validity)
• A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity

What to wear

• Athletic, comfortable clothes are advised. T-shirts/tops with sleeves and shorts that cover the thigh area are recommended so that the harness fits comfortably

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Meet Up Information

• Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation
• Once the tickets are scanned, tickets are not refundable and no changes can be allowed

Child Policy

• Child age 0-2 and 0cm-90cm tall can enter free of charge 
• Child age 3-12 years old
• More than 120 cm or 12 years old considered as Adult
